Background:
Conan awoke in Neisenma with no recollection of his past. He wandered aimlessly for days until a kind and elderly couple chanced upon him and took him in. Under their care, he began a new life. For three months now, he has resided with the couple at their home in Jade and has slowly come to regard them as his family.

Conan has power-boost sneakers, a voice-changing bowtie, a stun dart watch, a radio badge, a solar-powered skateboard, and multi-function glasses.. aside from these are a couple more I can't remember at the moment. (Fans of the anime would agree with me that Conan is one well-armed little dude.)
